What kind of equipment do you use to train?
The workouts feature barbells, kettlebells, sleds, resistance bands, and other tools that challenge your body in new and exciting ways. These functional training tools will build strength, increase mobility, and enhance overall athleticism.
Do you have cardio equipment?
We have a Stair-Master and two Rogue Echo Bikes, which are incorporated into our training program. Our circuit training programs combine strength training with high-intensity interval training, challenging your body to perform at its best while improving cardiovascular fitness, increasing stamina, and boosting metabolism.
CAN I CHOOSE MY TRAINER?
You choose your time slot. By choosing your preferred workout time, this will not only ensure a consistent routine, but you will also be paired with the same experienced trainer throughout your journey.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class to lay the groundwork for a transformative fitness journey. Our trainers will guide you through a comprehensive InBody scan and body composition analysis. This will capture your baseline readings and set the stage for personalized progress tracking, data-driven goal setting and unparalleled support.
What should I expect coming into my first class?
Joining a new gym can be nerve-racking, but it does not have to be. Elite Integrated Performance team is a supportive community dedicated to helping you reach your health and fitness goals. Our experienced trainers and like-minded members will be your rock- providing guidance, motivation, and encouragement every step of the way. Expect a warm welcome and a judgement-free zone. Our trainers will guide you through a dynamic and challenging session, while also taking the time to gauge your current fitness level and assess your preferred coaching style.
How do I sign up for my sessions?
Easily sign up for classes, manage your schedule, and track progress with our user-friendly platform, Zenplanner. This platform allows you to seamlessly register for classes that fit your schedule, receive reminders to stay on track, monitor your attendance and progress, and connect with our fitness community.

What happens if I can't make my reservation or if I'm late?
To ensure that our staff can provide the highest quality service for all clients, we kindly request that you reschedule your session if you are running more than 10 minutes late. This allows us to accommodate your needs while also respecting the time of our staff and other clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Can I MOVE MY RESERVATION?
If you need to move your reservation to a different time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Simply let us know and we will check for availability. If there is an opening, we will happily move your reservation to a time that suits you better. Your flexibility is important to us.
WHAT ARE your payment policies?
Our memberships are month-to-month, allowing you to cancel or change your membership at any time without long-term commitments. To ensure uninterrupted service, dues are paid on the 1st of each month. This predictable schedule allows you to budget with ease and focus on your fitness journey, knowing that your membership is flexible and adaptable to your changing needs. If you do wish to cancel, kindly inform staff before the end of the month.
What payment method do you accept?
We make it easy to manage membership payments with a range of accepted payment methods. You can choose to pay with cash, zelle, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, etc.) or your health saving account (HSA)/ flexible spending account (FSA).
