Group training at Elite Integrated Performance is built around a semi-private model, giving you the structure of a proven program with individualized coaching and attention. You’ll train alongside a small group, but every session is guided, intentional, and aligned with your specific goals.

Each workout is designed for progression- so you’re not just showing up, you’re improving. With the energy of a group and the focus of personal training, you’ll push harder, stay consistent, and see measurable results over time.

Our Youth Training Program is designed to help young athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate, sport-specific training. With a focus on proper movement patterns, injury prevention, and athletic development, we lay the groundwork for long-term success on and off the field.

Youth Summer camp

Level Up This Summer

Our Youth Training Summer Camp is designed to help young athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate training. 
 
Each session focuses on proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and athletic development- giving athletes the tools they need to perform better, stay healthy, and build confidence both on and off the field.
